AppointmentsAppointments are scheduled Monday - Friday during business hours. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call the office phone number and select option 1 for appointment desk. You may also use our Patient Portal or our online Appointment Request. CancellationsShould a conflict arise that prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact our office as soon as you are aware of the situation, preferably one day in advance. We will make every effort to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time. Prescription RefillsPlease have your pharmacy contact us and we will be happy to call in prescription refills related to your orthopaedic treatment during the work week. However, we are unable to process requests that come over the weekend. Please allow enough time before close of business on Friday to process your refill requests. EmergenciesIf this is an emergency, please dial 911. If an emergency arises after business hours regarding your orthopaedic condition, please contact our answering service at 913-338-8380 and they will page the doctor on call from our group.
