    • Tendonitis is an inflammation of the tendon. Achilles tendon, the posterior tibial tendon, or the peroneal tendon are the typical tendons involved with this type of inflammation

  • When a patient begins to have pain that interferes with their daily activities.
  • When a patient's area of the foot/ankle looks deformed
  • Have a loss of function
  • Change in sensation
  • Continual swelling with and without pain
  • When patient's gait/movement changes due to pain
  • If the patient has an affected area that has changed in color or warmth compared to the surrounding areas
