Menorah Medical Center

Before Surgery

A nurse will call you before your surgery to obtain information about your medical history and give instructions for your arrival. If you have not been contacted the day before surgery call us at 498-6030. Be prepared to tell the nurse about any medications you are taking and the dosages. Important medications to mention are: insulin, heart and blood pressure medications, blood thinners (including daily aspirin), water pills, and medications for breathing problems. Pre-admission forms will be completed by phone.
